User access to the system is only obtained after three layers of security have been satisfied.

All of the servers we use to run ClaimControl™ are protected by dedicated firewalls and double redundancy F5 BigIP Controllers, which constantly monitor and analyze all network traffic for signs of equipment failure or cyber attack. 100% hardware redundancy, dual load-balanced network cards and dual fail-over switches at all connection points means the system will continue to operate even if individual items of equipment fail. Multiple security policies are also in place to help prevent network interruption due to viral, malicious or other network attacks.

100% Hardware Redundancy Dual load-balanced network cards in our server, dual fail-over switches at all multi-connection points, two fail-over F5 BigIP Enterprise Controllers and multiple, physically diverse, carrier-agnostic high-speed OC3 internet connections all ensure the network continues to run even if there is a localised equipment failure.

24x365 Monitoring The network is continually monitored hour-by-hour, minute-by-minute so we can spot and fix issues before they become problems. The temperature and humidity in the Data Centre is also tracked to ensure they are optimised for maximum system reliability and storage media lifetime.
